Return and Refund Policy
At Synr, we believe it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you may make use of our return and withdrawal rights as described below.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically received the product.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement by email indicating that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
After receiving your request:
- we will confirm your withdrawal by email
- you will receive the return address and further instructions from us
Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- the product is unused
- the product is in its original condition
- all original labels, tags, and seals are intact
- the original packaging is undamaged and complete
- the product shows no signs of use
Hygiene products (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
If a return shipment does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returns that are suspected of having been used or damaged outside our responsibility may also be rejected.
Return Costs
- The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
- Return shipments are always at the sender’s risk.
- We advise sending the parcel with a Track & Trace code.
Lost returns without proof of shipment will not be reimbursed.
Refunds
- In the case of a full return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.
- In the case of a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return shipment. In most cases, this takes place within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Exchanges
It is possible to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, provided that:
- the item is unused
- the item is in its original condition
- all labels and packaging are intact

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling Orders
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Has the order already been shipped? Then you can still return the product within 30 days after receipt.
Received the Wrong Item or Wrong Size
Did you receive the wrong item or the wrong size? Then we will resolve this for you free of charge.
