Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link by email.

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the indicated delivery time. However, delays may sometimes occur due to:

  • high demand at delivery services
  • logistical delays
  • weather conditions
  • carrier delays

We kindly advise you to wait 3 additional business days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom, you always benefit from the following at Synr:

I am missing some products from my order. How is that possible?

It is possible that an order is shipped in multiple parcels, for example due to:

  • weight or size restrictions
  • shipping from different warehouses

The remaining products are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
Do not worry: your order is on its way.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Unfortunately, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport.

In this case, please contact us within 48 hours via:

Please include:

  • photos of the damaged product
  • photos of the packaging
  • your order number

Please do not return the product before contacting us.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns are possible according to our return policy.

Conditions:

  • the product is unused
  • the product is in its original condition
  • the product is in its original packaging

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
