Delivery Areas

Synr is based in the Netherlands and currently ships exclusively to:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom

We do not ship outside these countries.

Shipping Costs

For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom, the following applies:

  • Free shipping on all orders
  • No minimum order value

No additional shipping charges apply.
You only pay for the product.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 18:00 (GMT) are processed on the next business day
  • Processing takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Delivery Time

  • The Netherlands: 4 - 7 business days
  • Belgium: 4 - 7 business days
  • Germany: 4 - 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 - 7 business days

Please note: in exceptional cases, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or delays at the carrier, delivery times may vary.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.
This allows you to easily follow your parcel all the way to your delivery address.
