Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Trader:
Synr, established at Gentiaan 8, 7443 GW Nijverdal, the Netherlands.
Consumer:
The natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the trader.
Distance Contract:
A contract concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling by the trader, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Cooling-off Period / Right of Withdrawal:
The period of 30 days during which the consumer may exercise the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason.
Durable Data Carrier:
Any means that enables information addressed personally to the consumer to be stored in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction (such as email).
Website:
The website of Synr and all associated underlying pages.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Synr and to every distance contract concluded between Synr and the consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the Terms and Conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If additional product or promotional conditions apply alongside these Terms and Conditions, these will also apply. In the event of a conflict, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall prevail.
Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing or by email.
Article 4 – Use of the Website
By using the website, the consumer declares that he or she:
- is at least 18 years old, or
- has permission from a parent or legal representative.
It is not permitted to use the website for:
- unlawful purposes;
- acts contrary to laws and regulations;
- distributing viruses, malware, or harmful software;
- copying or commercially exploiting content without permission.
In the event of a violation, Synr reserves the right to block access to the website and, if necessary, take legal action.
Article 5 – The Offer and Product Information
Synr takes the utmost care to ensure the accuracy of all information on the website. Nevertheless, errors or omissions may occur.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are intended to provide the most accurate representation possible.
Colors may vary due to screen settings.
Dimensions and specifications are indicative.
All offers are non-binding and valid while stocks last. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Synr.
Article 6 – Formation of the Contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the consumer fully completes the ordering process and successfully completes payment.
After placing an order, the consumer will receive an order confirmation by email. Synr reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:
- suspicion of fraud;
- incorrect or incomplete information;
- abnormal order quantities;
- payment or security issues.
Any payments made will in that case be refunded.
Article 7 – Prices and Payments
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Any return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Payment takes place via the payment methods offered on the website. The consumer is obliged to provide correct payment and billing information.
Article 8 – Delivery and Shipping
Synr delivers to consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Stated delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
The risk of damage to or loss of products remains with Synr until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days after receipt.
The conditions, exceptions, and procedure are set out in Synr’s Return & Refund Policy. This policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 10 – Third-Party Services
Synr’s online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. In addition, use may be made of third-party services, such as payment providers, logistics partners, and analytics tools.
Synr is not liable for disruptions or damage caused by these external parties. For the processing of personal data by third parties, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the website and its content are vested in Synr or its licensors.
Without prior written consent, it is not permitted to copy, publish, modify, or commercially use content.
Article 12 – Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Synr is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
If Synr is nevertheless liable, such liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
Article 13 – Indemnification
The consumer indemnifies Synr against claims from third parties arising from the use of the website or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible, fully and clearly, via:

Synr aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.
Article 15 – Governing Law and Competent Court
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Article 16 – Amendments
Synr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website.
